Sale Admin Assistant (Office Staff)

Responsibilities:
· Assists in the organization and clerical duties of the Sales Department by functioning as the central contact for information
specific to Sales operations.
· Generate quotations and process purchase order
· Respond to and distribute inquiries and provide assistance to customers via phone or email
· Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
· Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
· Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
· Inputs orders and ensures they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensures all orders are accurate and
delivered on time.
· Collaborates with other departments to ensure sales, technical, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
· Handles urgent calls, emails, and messages when the Sales Associates are not available.
· Verifies orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
· Contributes to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
· Establish active communication and engagement with Sales Associates to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
