Qualifications
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Mechanical or Electrical; preferably a Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
· With at leasr 5 years working experience onProperty/Facilities Management and managing Emergency Response Team
· Familiar with Building Codes and Standards and other Local Governing Codes
· With keen analytical abilities, strong leadership qualities and with sense of responsibility
· Capable to produce high quality reports
· Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Taguig City
